For once in a lifetime, prove that you can do it.

At least for once, prove to yourself that, when you set a goal, you're dedicated enough to achieve it.
Don't let anything hold you back, you are stronger than you think you are.
Eat clean, exercise and sleep well.
There're times that life makes you feel useless, imperfect.
Take it as a motivation and not a discouragement.
When you're not as good as the others, learn.

it'll take 4 weeks for you to see it,
it'll take 8 weeks for your friends and family to see it,
and it'll take 12 weeks for the world to see it. :)
Don't give up!
Remember how hard you've train during high school and you gave up?
Remember how long it takes for you to get back on track?
Remember how hard is it to do the same rep as before?
People give up easily because they tend to see how far they still need to go instead of how far they've gone.
It's not the body that's giving up, it's the brain.
